CORE Studios, Inc. is a landscape architecture
and construction management firm headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. Our
landscape architects create pragmatic and innovative
landscape design, effectively conveying the character of
a property. We achieve this by striking a balance
between the natural surroundings and the built
environment. Whether the desired result is traditional
or contemporary, formal or casual, grand or intimate,

In addition
to our
full line of landscape design services, Core Studios has
expanded to include in-house construction managment services .
The
ultimate success of our designs require the
interaction between the landscape architect, client,
related design professionals, contractors, and product
suppliers. Core Studios is dedicated to coordinating these
diverse skills to deliver quality results. The
construction managment process involves competitively
bidding all aspects of the project designed by Core,
then providing the client with a bid summary and
analysis.
Once the client decides on the contractor Core
will execute the bid with the selected contractor
and then provide construction management services
throughout the construction process. This allows Core
to be involved during the construction process to ensure
that the vision of the client is executed per the
construction drawings.
